24v, 2Hp ride in, battery electric locomotive. The model has been much improved from the Phoenix Locos kit which forms the base. Modifications include strengthened buffer beams, changes to gear ratios, rewired with a 4QD motor controller, LED headlights to front & rear, large air horn, vacuum brake equipment, battery level meter, charging socket and a comfy seat with backrest. It also features a top speed limiter, making it ideal as a training/teaching model for those new to miniature railways.
A pair of batteries are included with the loco, so it's 'ready to run'.
 
The loco has proved itself by regularly hauling over 20 passengers at a time on a 2km railway. 
 
Due to size and weight, this is ideally collection only, but we may be able to offer delivery for an additional cost.
