mXion MFB (shuttle train control analog/digital, brake generator digital)

£57.00Price

The MFB can work as an analogue shuttle train control or as a digital shuttle train control, as well as a full-fledged brake generator with slow speed stage! It can work in digital mode as a 5A strong, intelligent, digital brake generator with break-on DC or DCC control. All functions, function outputs, sound etc... can be controlled in the braking section! Other decoders too.

As a brake generator, it is possible to create slow speed sections with up to 2 different speeds (SLOW) in addition to STOP and FREE TRAVEL (GO). There are also contact inputs, so that the individual releases of the section (SLOW, GO, STOP) can be switched not only with switch addresses but also via contact input.

This has a fully integrated 2-channel switch decoder with signal control, 3-way switch control and many other functions. It can control up to 2 switches/signals (or light signals + additional functions) through the 2 switch outputs (EPL/3-wire switches and 2 function outputs (dimmable). This
implements the signal control. The outputs are dimmable and can be used for the signal lanterns, for example. The module supports CV, POM and register programming. The MFB should still be housed in a protected location (e.g. model house).
